I wish everyone ran their business like Mr. C does!!! Professional, excellent communication, efficient and affordable. I researched reviews of local rug cleaning company’s and his reviews are excellent-and honestly, they are 100% accurate.
We definitely gave him a challenge. The room in question was in disarray and the rug was the absolute worst part. So bad, in fact, we all thought we would have to rip it out but wanted to give cleaning it a try. Well, I was totally blown away. Not only does it look new, there is no longer a lingering odor! I HIGHLY recommend Mister C's! He did an amazing job on our sectional and rugs! We have two young children, so as you can imagine, they can definitely do some damage, but he was able to have our rugs and sectional looking like new again and was even able to clean the part of the couch under the cushions! Joe did a phenomenal job on cleaning my large sectional and stairs. He was on time, friendly, responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable and we could not be happier with the results. He even gave me recommendations for future upkeep of the sectional and furniture which really shows what an honest professional he is. I cannot praise Joe and his work enough! After reading several 5-star reviews, I was excited to know Mr. C’s was based locally, in Cranford.

We requested two of our couches to be cleaned today. We have two toddlers under 5, so you can imagine what the stains were looking like on white & light gray couches). Joe was timely with his responses and communicative from the start; more importantly, in less than two hours, our couches look brand new. I am truly astonished by the results.
